Immediately following the Toy Drive at Wal-Mart, the girls and I had an appearance at the New England Carousel Museum in Bristol, CT. where we volunteered our time helping Santa. Each child that was there sat on Santa's lap, including us, sharing with him the toys we wanted for Christmas (I would like an IPOD). This fun-filled day got even better when we all went upstairs to the Fire Museum. We pretended to be fire-women, and climbed the pole (my attempt was a little less heroic than the others, but I will use the fact that I am getting old to my advantage). I loved learning about the history of the Bristol Fire Department. The girls and I thank the New England Carousel Museum once again for allowing us to be a part of their holiday festivities. We always have a blast!
