On January 27, 2008, my court and I will jump into the frigid waters of Farmington's Winding Trails. But first, we must raise money to make the jump! As an advocate for Disability Awareness, I have been busy with getting our "able-bodied" community more involved with our disabled members. What better way than to make a contribution to the Special Olympics, or even join our team. Attached is a link that can be of assistance if you would like to help the CT Special Olympics Program by making a contribution. Lets raise more than our goal, the sky is the limit. No amount is too small. Lastly, come out and watch us (laugh too) when we jump into the freezing water on January 27th.
